"Very average place, super cheap. Have zero expectations, please. Even the staff was rude, just one nice guy who was working in the morning with the tattoo lady. The night staff was terrible, like a man with colour was also very rude, and the female without tattoos were also rude. The tattoo lady was okay."

"There was some crusty glaze on the bed. There was a dead fly in the bathroom. They said it would be a $100 hold, and it is $116 (that is still haven't gotten back). Then I asked if I could park there for 8 hours while I go to my meeting after checkout, they said "Yes, for 25$" and they charged me $125, that I still haven't gotten refunded because the guy barely speaks English and doesn't understand what was wrong. (Or pretended not to understand)"

"When I arrived at the hotel, the staff seemed very nonchalant and didn’t appear to care much about my stay or concerns. The Wi-Fi was also down during my visit, and when I spoke to one of the associates downstairs, she said she had no idea what was going on and that guests simply couldn’t use the hotel Wi-Fi at the time. On the positive side, the hotel is in a wonderful location. It’s within walking distance of a Starbucks, which was great for getting coffee in the morning. Unfortunately, there were a few other downsides. The water pressure in the shower was terrible, and the floors appeared very dirty, as if they had not been properly mopped or maintained."

"Unfortunately, the t v is still not working,although they are compensating for that. What keeps us coming back is the staff. If it wasn't for Kristina, Ralph and Jasmine, we may not come back. because when a problem does come up, they always manage to make us happy. And they know our likes and dislikes, so it's like coming home "

"Parking garage was convenient and directly under the hotel. The staff was outstanding and extremely helpful . The whole hotel smelled good. There wasn't a weird smell anywhere . The room was very clean. Sheets were nice and the beds were comfortable. Nice big screen TV. Plenty of coffee. Very spacious. I will absolutely stay here again whenever I am in the Everett vicinity"
