The rooms were clean and in good shape. the staff were courteous, but were often hard to find or tied up on the phone. The rates were reasonable given that it is close the downtown Belleview high rent district.

Loved this hotel. Spotless and modern room that had a great view, super comfy beds, great shower and bathroom and wonderful heating/cooling system. Very nice and helpful employees. The only thing negative was the $65 per day parking.
