“The property is very nice and updated. Decorated in a Montana and Glacier National Park theme. If needed it is located right next to the Kalispell Airport. It is a ways out of Kalispell so if you need anything make sure to grab before settling in for the night. The property is clean (front desk lady complained of cigarette butts everyplace outside). The rooms are very nice and clean. Beds were very uncomfortable and had a nice bounce to them. Bathroom was very large with a huge shower. ……

“I love staying here! The rooms with a jacuzzi and fireplace are so cozy and nice! The outdoor hot tub is open year round. Staff is always friendly. Only complaint is I’d love a noon checkout time and I miss the upper restaurant. ”

“The Grand feels intimate and comfortable and is well situated in the middle of Hallispel's many restaurants and boutiques. A work in progress, the lobby shows promise for the rest of the hotel soon. The room was basic but very comfortable. It needs better windows and window treatments for sound and light blocking. The 'continental' breakfast should not be dismissed, with fresh quiche, good coffee, and more. Recommended. ”

“My husband and I love this hotel and try and stay when the prices are reasonable. It is so convenient for walking to all the stores, restaurants and pubs. The best feature is the rooftop hot tub when it’s working. I was really looking forward to the hot tub on our recent visit but was so disappointed to find out it has been out of service for awhile. I will definitely call and ask if it’s available before booking our next trip.”
