  • Charming typical house renovated late 2018 with private pool and large garden.
For unforgettable moments with family, friends, come and enjoy this large farmhouse near the Rance, the beaches of Dinard, Saint-Cast and the famous port of Cancale. Its big garden without opposite with 2 terraces, swings and swimming pool (10x5) with sight on the fields, promise you beautiful days to relax you with the song of the birds. Thanks to its glass roof, the pool becomes a place of relaxation accessible in any weather in season. It is heated from April 20th to October 15th.

A large room is located on the ground floor, in the continuity of the living room (please note that there are three steps between the bedroom and the living room).
A staircase leads to a master bedroom with shower and adjoining WC, then two other bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and toilet.
This old farmhouse is ideally located to visit the medieval city of Dinan (10 minutes), oysters in Cancale or walk the city of Saint-Malo (30 minutes).

We spent a very enjoyable week at Evran. It was wonderful to wake up to fabulous birdsong and a lovely green outlook. The beds were comfortable and the shower rooms were lovely. The house is spacious and was perfectly suited to us as just a couple. The kitchen was well equipped although a larger group might appreciate more glasses being provided. The communication with the owner, Virginie, was excellent and the directions were spot on. It helped that the GPS also found the property without problems.

Perfection

We loved everything about our stay in Evran - the town is charming and quiet and well situated for day trips to other parts of Brittany. We spent a lot of time at the tastefully decorated house, which is both cozy and spacious. The kitchen is well equipped and the lounge areas so very comfortable. Virginie is an excellent host and the house and pool were unforgettable. We will definitely return and we highly recommend!

A recommander

Ruhiges,gut ausgestattetes Landhaus.
