Appartement sous les combles, il fait très très chaud en été et il y’a des moustiques, un ventilateur sera un plus. 「Au premier abord l'environnement est surprenant (zone artisanale) en fait c'est un plus pour la tranquillité et la sécurité. Les propriétaires habitent sur place mais l'hébergement est complètement indépendant. 「Appartement correct bien situé mais sans aucune vue dégagée dommage. Par contre, au niveau vaisselle, il y a peu de couverts, pas de casseroles et le four est sale. Le lave vaisselle n'est pas très efficace. Il n'y a pas 6 chaises alors qu'on peut y dormir à 6. Pour un séjour d'un WE, c'est pas terrible. On s'est adapté.」

「Nearly perfect. It was a great place to stay to relax and do laundry on rainy days. Everything looks as pictured… apartment is all very new. WiFi worked great. There are no instructions and Google Maps does not have the correct location. It’s right on a busy road, but thankfully you park around back. "The hotel was located right across the street from the station so it was very convenient as we traveled in and out of Rouen by train. The staff was very helpful and showed us how to get to the main attractions. We were upgraded to a larger room and it was great. There was a kettle and free tea bags and instant coffee were provided. Will definitely stay there again next time. "
