「After placing our stay shortly prior to our required date we arrived at the room. Access to the unit was a bit sketchy. A key left in a dirty box outside the apartment. 「We were staying in Paris 9 nights and ended up needing 1 more night at the beginning of our stay, the place we were staying couldn’t add it for us so we ended up looking for somewhere else and ended up here. I couldn’t have been more pleasantly surprised. Made me wish we could have stayed here the whole time. Really spacious and our place had a great view of Sacre Coeur. 「羅浮宮、地鐵站、商圈步行可達，週邊環境佳、安全性可。無固定清潔需額外付費！ 住宿期間，晚間突發性停電導致不少房客無法入房（電子房卡），房務人員處理緩慢（我們於黑暗的大廳等待超過5hrs，才前來處理），雖用備用鑰匙打開房門，但房客依舊「抹黑住宿」，無任何其他處理及慰問、直到天亮才回覆供電。 希望後續針對緊急情況有好的處置。」

「We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved.
