Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house felt very tired and was extremely dusty. Apparently the people before left it in a bad state however the dust build up was significant on all of the furniture. The washing machine drawer was broken and the sofas were extremely smelly and over used. The outside area had clearly not been washed down or cleaned for a very long time. Overall the house feels like it needs some attention.

Great place to stay, close to town center. Could be improved by getting WIFI installed but other than that it provided everything we wanted. Thoroughly recommend it.

Great location & well equipped

We found the villa to be spacious & well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Having the full sized fridge/freezer was excellent & the kitchen contained everything we needed to cook & BBQ. The property was a little tired in places & the mezzanine bedroom got very hot, there was a fan but no A/C, we were unable to open the large windows in the evening as there were no flyscreens & lots of mossies etc at this time of year. In general we were very happy & would stay there again.
