“Very terrible experience. Booked this hotel as I had an important interview downtown in Albany. When I arrived there at 9pm, it’s overbooked and we were relocated to a motel 20 mins away. The motel was terrible and the hair dryer was even broken. The staff was rude when we tried to understand the situation. The staff on duty promised to cover the extra transportation costs from the motel to the bus terminal for the next day and arranged a taxi for us. But we were kicked out of the taxi as the……

“Room is spacious and clean in general. AC super loud and dusty. Phone very dusty too. Poor sound proof. You can hear doors closing heavily on your floor, people talking in their rooms and even dogs barking in a room. ”

“The front desk young man was very polite and professional. He let me check in early. I was meeting a friend there to go to the Albany Wine festival. The entire property was clean and seemed in good shape. The room was great and relaxing. I was sad that the bar wasnt open. The pool area was nice, but the hot tub jets weren't working. At least the jets were pumping in hot water. I would definitely stay again.”
