The staff are always friendly and welcoming, the service is excellent, and the facilities are well-maintained and clean. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing, and the rooms are always spotless and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here."

"Cama tenía pelos que ni siquiera eran los míos. Bano estaba sucio. No refreís en los cuartos. Las recepcionistas no tenían café. Que no más los que limpian tienen. Deberían tener esos comodidades en frente. Todos los hotels que yo ido siempre tienen enfrente. "

"We were in a floor with a full soccer team that converted the hall into a live cantina/ bar from 7pm -2am ...when got our rooms changed at 1:30 am (cause management couldnt enforce order in the hall) we were given rooms with less beds and the night manager asked me to wake up my 80 year old mother to make the switch in 15min. Hotels.com didnt help trough the process "

"The room was not clean. There was gum stuck to the mirror in the bathroom and thrash under and around the bed. The night time staff were very helpful and kind, but there were issues with the early morning staff."
