Fabulous friendly staff, comfortable beds, common areas a bit dated, good choice of breakfast replenished quickly, but no excuse for urn of rotten coffee, get some updated coffee machines, or even a chance to buy one at the bar would help.

The hotel was in a good location, a bit run down and dated. Hairdryer in the room didn’t work, the window sil was loose and the sofa bed was horrific! My 2 kids had terrible sleeps both nights. I wouldn’t say it was worth the £355 we paid for 2 nights. We’d expect much better quality for that ...
