"Love this house! Spacious with beautiful view of Tar Bay. The recent renovation is top notch. Kids loved the new pool on the deck. Plenty of space to stretch out. Karin was amazing on co-ordinated every step of our stay for us. She even greeted us with incredible welcoming gifts upon arrival. Can't wait to return!"

"We had a fantastic stay this past week at this property! The location of the Villa was perfect- steps away from a gorgeous beach and having a nice pool was amazing. We also appreciate the privacy it (Villa) provided.My family and I have stayed at other properties on Exuma, this by far has to be the best one! This modern Villa is laid out perfectly, plenty of room for two large (we brought our best friends along this time) families. The entire property is immaculately maintained!The location of the property is close to the airport and very central on the island. The kitchen is well stocked and there is plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy a home cooked meal together. "We had an amazing stay at this beautiful, well-appointed home in Mosstown, Exuma. The house had absolutely everything we needed for a fantastic vacation—whether cooking together in the spacious kitchen with its large center island, grilling outside, or gathering in the roomy living area. Each bedroom came with its own bathroom and private veranda, offering plenty of space and comfort for everyone.The outdoor spaces were just as impressive. We spent our days relaxing by the pool, enjoying the comfortable patio furniture, and taking in the breathtaking beach that truly felt like our own private paradise. The colors of the water—shifting from the lightest azure to deep blue—must be seen in person to be fully appreciated.It was also a great comfort knowing the on-site property manager was close by and ready to assist with anything we needed. Beyond the home, we explored local markets and restaurants, and rented a boat to visit nearby Stocking Island—an unforgettable highlight of our trip.This home truly enhanced our Exuma experience, and everyone in our group is already making plans to return next year. We highly recommend this house to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, cleanliness, and the most authentic Exuma experience imaginable!"

"This was our third time to stay at the Nemo House and I hope it won't be our last! It's the perfect house. So well stocked, fantastic layout for two families, incredible views, perfect location on the island (close to grocery stores and a "half way point" between both ends of the island making trips to both ends feel doable.)
