"Everything about this hotel is fantastic. Especially the concierge team who gave us the best experience with their information on where to go and how to get there and just their professional, friendly service. Special thanks to concierge team. Breakfast was a wonderful experience with a great variety and choice of food to suit all tastes. We will revisit this hotel again in the near future and will recommend to everyone thinking of visiting Istanbul. My only concern with this hotel is the geographical area in the city as we found it required taking a taxi to most places as walking around is difficult due to its location, however the views of the Bosporus are amazing so I suppose there must be a compromise."

Otelin çalışan ekibi (güvenlik, ön büro, mutfak ,kat personelleri) işlerinde çok başarılılar ve öz veri ile çalışıyorlar. Otel; temiz ,güvenli ve sakin .(kalabalık bir otel ama sakinliği hissediyorsunuz.) İstanbulun neresinde işim olursa olsun buradaki tesiste konaklamayı tercih ediyorum. Herkese tavsiye ediyorum.............."
