“I recently booked a Superior Double Room with Balcony at Chateau Eza Hotel through Expedia, expecting to enjoy the beautiful sea and mountain views as shown in the hotel's official photos and Expedia’s listing. Based on these images, I was willing to pay EUR 590.40 per night for this experience. However, upon checking into my room, I was extremely disappointed to find that at least six large sun umbrellas were tightly positioned together, completely blocking the view from the balcony. “We enjoyed this place so much. We booked the family room and it was very comfortable. The room is well organized and clean, and the interior design is beautiful, stylish and thoughtfully decorated with a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The staff is friendly and easy to reach through WhatsApp if you have any questions. The location is amazing and the area is quiet, so we had no issues sleeping and there was no noise at night. Would definitely recommend!”
