"Appreciated very helpful staff, firm, comfortable bed & pillows, refrigerator not filled with products to buy, kettle, dishes, strong shower, controllable air conditioning, quiet, drying rack. Concerns were no English-language TV news available, even France 24 in English was actually in French. It's a good 20& minute walk to transit & to Old Town. Hair dryer is mounted too far from outlet to plug in. Phone number for reception should be on the phone so easily found. No luggage racks."

"Excellent stay in the center of Riga! I was born there, but left the country young, so being there as a tourist was an interesting experience! Very centrally located, the trains and trams 5-7 min away by foot, great budget self- service restaurant Lido is 7 min by foot, plenty of supermarkets, shops, and stores! Old town about 12 min by foot. Check-in for easy, the staff is excellent, I had an issue with Internet connection, received instructions but QR code to open the door was downloading for some time so I messaged the staff and they got back to me right away sending QR code to WhatsApp number! It’s a bit noisy since it’s on the main street. I used air plugs no problem for me since it’s the city and noise is expected. Kitchen appliances work well I used stove once and had a trouble turning on against staff. Member reached out to me on the timely manner and everything went well. I recommend this place for a stay if you’re looking to explore old town to be in the center and enjoy the most delicious food that I still remember when I was a child."
