“We stayed 9 nights at Casa Calderoni (Jan 7-15, 2026) and it was the one bright spot in an otherwise disastrous vacation. My wife became ill and had to spend 6 days at the hospital. Fortunately, the staff (Luis, Miguel, and others) at Casa Calderoni was WONDERFUL. When we had questions, they had answers, when we had problems, they had suggested solutions. We can't say enough good things about the great treatment we received there. ”

Our arrival was delayed (twice) and both of our calls to Casa Julieta were answered with reassurance the staff would be waiting on us, that they were there to help if we needed it and that they were excited to have us! We were always cheerfully greeted in the morning and upon our return; the food and location recommendations were excellent; our room was always tidied when we left and the……

Lo malo es que el personal del estacionamiento no es muy amable, y tienen una política muy rara donde la única mascota que aceptan son perros, a pesar de que los gatos generalmente son más limpios y tranquilos. Otra cosa que no es tanto responsabilidad del hotel pero que sí les podría sugerir es que insonorizaran mejor sus habitaciones porque el ruido en la calle empieza desde muy temprano……

“1. La habitación estaba hermosa, mucho más bonita de lo que esperaba. De pronto faltaban cosas como el tapete para salir de la regadera y rollo de papel higiénico de repuesto, pero de ahí en fuera todo bien. 2. El desayuno está incluido, pero me hubiera gustado más variedad, porque solo hay fruta, pan dulce (una pieza) y café. 3. La recepcionista con la mejor actitud, muy linda, pero no hay quien baje las maletas del coche, solamente está ella. 4. Me pareció muy caro casi 7000 pesos la noche,……

Staff were friendly and very attentive to our needs and it was nice to have a morning breakfast provided in the onsite restaurant. Wifi was very good.
