“The initial communication from the host was good and a late check-in service was provided. I could give a five star review if a correct reserved room was provided.
We booked a large room for a family of 4. However an attic room for 2 persons (only have one bed) was provided. It's too late, unable to contact the host to make a change.”

I read about the description carefully and then decided to choose this B&B. I booked a double room with a pool view on hotel.com. But when I checked in, I found that the room is in the attic. “This B&B is an absolute gem! Just outside the city walls on the tufa rock the views from the breakfast terrace as well as from some of the rooms are wonderful. You’ll reach the Porta Romana on foot within 5min to explore the historic city.
Rosanna, who I had contact with before, even picked me up at the train station upon arrival which made my arrival so much easier (the train station is at the bottom of the rock on which Orvieto is located).
Rosanna and Isabella take care of the property and……
