“I specifically asked for our room to be cleaned at the front desk as I was leaving for the day from 12-12 and when we got back the room was not cleaned beds were still unmade and we had no clean towels. I had to go down at midnight and ask for clean towels.”

“整体都很好”

“All my family love this hotel. We had a road trip from LA to Texas. This hotel is the best one including clean, layout, and staff. Especially the front dest Alana, she is so nice and warm and she did her job perfect. I try to stay one more night and booked online first. When I go the reception Alana say hi and smile to me then pass the room key directly. That is amazing. I am not vip for double tree Hilton. From that moment, I will be one. Thank you Alana”

“Perfect stop for our family with breakfast included. Highly recommend.”

“Everything was top notch h”

“Positives-every employee we interacted with was friendly and bed was comfortable. Negatives-no towels in room when checked in, could hear road noise and two black hairs in bathtub when arrived.”

“My family has two rooms in there. All of us didn’t have a sleep in the room. Big noise from Ventilation ducts. That’s my worst experience with hotel. I call service and ask change room, and I didn’t get it.”

“I stayed 4 night and got no housekeeping. the shower was dirty and the breakfast food was cold. parking was also $10 per night....why isnt parking included in the hotel fees.”

“Very friendly staff both at check in and check out. Clean room and comfortable bed.”

“Neat facility, but the lower end motel “bones” showed right through - minimal water pressure, AC had a cool looking thermostat on the wall connected to nothing, and the antiquated wall unit was malfunctioning. I chose this property for the onsite lounge and bar - which for some reason was closed on a busy Friday night. Breakfast was minimal at best, and both coffee urns were empty. I gave up and simply went to Dunkin’ Donuts down the street. Doors seemed to be made to slam shut,……

“早餐没熱食，有点失望”

“Staff was good to me. Besides that, absolutely not worth 150 dollars. Parts of the toilet were broken, door chipped, door knob messed up, elevator scare from maintenance cause they didn't see me inside while working on it and so they kept apologizing. Ended up having to go up 5 flights of stairs. Total waste of 150 dollars that could've been in a better hotel.”
