Beautiful House located in the best area in town.

Spacious house that includes three rooms, two and a half bathrooms, you will be able to park you car in the garage. five minute walk to Pioneer Park, seven minute drive to downtown and just ten minutes to the airport. if activity is present, you can watch the northern lights from the front door, in the summer you can go for a nice walk along the Chena River to downtown.

Great place to stay
This was a great house to stay in. Very clean and easy to contact host. The house was close to the venue that we made a trip up from Wasilla for and we are already looking to stay again next time we come to Fairbanks.

Fantastic Place to stay in Fairbanks
Had a great stay at the property. Very clean and great floor plan for a family. The location could not have been better if you are looking for a place that is easy to get to any part of town! Juan was a super host as well and was a great help. We will definitely book again.

Great house, very convenient location
We stayed at the house for 4 days. It’s clean and cozy. Very convenient location. We are lucky enough to see the aurora for two days. The driveway is also cleaned prior to our arrival. The host is very responsive via text messages. Check in and check out process are smooth and easy. Will recommend this place.
