“The cleaning fragrances that they use in the room kept me up all night could not sleep whatever they're using in there is very strong and harsh hard to breathe even with the window open”

“This place is so clean. From the lobby to the rooms. Excellent friendly staff. Alex on 2nd shift extremely helpful. Laundry worked good. Treadmill broken. Showerhead was weak. Overall great place to stay. Fair price. Good area”

“I was double charged for my stay. I still have not received a refund. It took a hour to check me in. The key creator didn’t work, so I had no key. The microwave didn’t work and I requested twice for a repair; no response. Toilet wasn’t clean upon arrival. Found someone else’s underwear near the bed. No towels in pool area…when requested the lady said there were no towels available.”

“Not as advertised. Research what Unity World Headquarters is before booking. The main picture provided makes it seem that the hotel that you will be staying in is sprawled out around multiple buildings surrounding a courtyard. This is not true. The hotel is in a back corner of the village property without grandeur. The main picture shown is of the Unity village where people permanently live, spiritualist and congregation activities occur, and where the organization operates out of. For the……

“The breakfast was decent but the bathtub didn't drain. The bedding was comfy. Thin walls. ”

“While I can’t place full blame on the hotel itself, my stay this past weekend was definitely impacted by a large motorcycle group that was also staying there. Unfortunately, the experience was far from relaxing. Despite there being many families present, the group was not very respectful—there were engines revving during quiet hours, loud music, and even arguments in the hallways early in the morning. There was also a strong smell of marijuana throughout the property. That said, the hotel itself……

I was told that there should be a room for me tonight which would have been the second night the 24th I believe Tuesday to come to find out they were sold out if I knew this I would’ve made reservations last night that would be my main disappointment. I live in Texas so now I have to find a different place to stay because I decided to stay in Kansas City one more night. ”
