“The apartment is in a "not so great" neighbourhood, but it's not as scary as some of what the other reviews said. You do feel a bit unsafe late at night, but there's a nice Texan/Mexican restaurant just 3 mins walk from the apartment. Food there was nice. If you just get in and out looking for a place to stay, this apartment is perfect. Once you step inside, the place felt secured and safe. There's a staff there near the entrance overnight. “I would stay again. Their rental spaces are clean, smell great and provide everything you need for a long stay in DC. I really liked the staff and all the amenities provided. There was a washer and dryer, a full kitchen and an extra bed. I was able to walk to everything thing I wanted to see such as the capital building and the natural history museum. They dont provide parking so you will pay extra to park nearby. Saving this location for future trips!”
