Perfect location and beautiful unit.

My daughter, her fiancé, and my parents (late 80s) stayed here for my niece’s wedding weekend. The location was perfect! It was so easy to get to shops, restaurants, and the venues for the wedding. The elevator to the 3rd floor was great with my older parents. The unit was decorated beautifully and there was plenty of space for all of us. We loved sitting on the balcony! I will definitely stay here again!

Girls Christmas getaway

We truly enjoyed our stay this past weekend at Fairhope. The Christmas decorations were beautiful & you couldn’t ask for a better place to watch the Christmas parade than from the balcony of the condo. Plus the condo was within walkable blocks to a lot of really cute shops & delicious restaurants.

Lovely stay

Great location. The condo was walkable to everything in town. We enjoyed the shady, wrap around balcony. Well kept and much more spacious than the pictures could convey. Would definitely rent again.

Very spacious and clean. Four girlfriends on a weekend vacation. Perfect downtown location for walking to everything. Comfy beds. Nice balcony for coffee or evening beverages. Quiet. We’ll be back, for sure.

Amazing location in downtown Fairhope!

This is our 2nd stay in this beautiful condo and it has it all! Location, beautiful decor, fully stocked and comfortable. It’s so easy to walk to shopping and dining! The owner had a beautiful Christmas tree setup as well as tiny white lights on the wrap around balcony. The beds are amazingly comfortable and the building very quiet with easy access! Highly recommend

Absolutely perfect!!

Everything was perfect! Gorgeous 3rd floor condo. Beautifully furnished and convenient to everything downtown fairhope! Walking distance to shops restaurants and yoga is across the street. Easy to run or walk to bay as well. Fully furnished with everything you need. This is our 2nd time at this condo and will definitely be back!! Thanks Pam!!

Gorgeous Condo Excellent Location

We LOVED Fairhope Dreams! So close to restaurants, shopping and Provision Coffe and Wine Bar. Spacious downtown condo with comfy beds, large kitchen, and HUGE wrap around balcony. The condo is gorgeous inside, even better than the pictures. We were in town for a Girl's Weekend and picked the perfect place. We could walk to everything including our Taste of Fairhope Food Tour (which is a must-do). Like other guests have mentioned, the unit desperately needs new pots & pans, more than six metal hangers, and the bar across the street was terribly LOUD, but only on Saturday night.

50th Wedding Anniversary Renewal

This place is amazing. Great location. Beautifully decorated, lots of space. We were there for a 50th Wedding Anniversary Renewal and we had a lot of visiting family and friends and that came by condo and were so impressed as we were. My kids loved it. The only thing and I have to mention were all the broken window blinds. Lots of them and it took away from the beauty of the room. It was mentioned by several. Little stuff but little things make a difference. But it is a fabulous place.

Great Condo in Fairhope

My husband and I enjoyed winter in Fairhope, especially staying in this large, comfortable condo in an unbeatable location. The beds were comfortable, the shower hot, maybe the cleanest rental we've stayed in. Many days we didn't need to move our car. We liked the closeness of the Kind Cafe for a bagel and tea to start the day. The Fairhope library is a gem. I attended the weekly book lecture, free and open to the public. The cupcakes at The Sugar House are pretty marvelous. With out of town family and friends we had dinner at R Bistro ( high marks for the bronzed salmon and steak) and Gambino 's (good choice of seafood dinners). Plenty of good quality dishes, silverware and glasses for at home meals. Pam Martin, the manager, responded promptly to our questions and clearly cared that we were comfortable in the condo.

Wonderful wintering in Fairhope

My husband and I enjoyed a respite from Chicago winters in Fairhope Dreams condo. The downtown location means you can walk to restaurants and unique shops and galleries. Try Hello Gallery, Gallery by the Bay, and the Eastern Art Center for unique gifts and happy browsing. Shop owners are friendly and helpful. Most days we didn't need to move our car. Although there is no dedicated on site parking, parking availability was not an issue! The condo is spacious, extremely clean and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. I enjoyed reading and relaxing in the sun on the large wrap around balcony. The beds were comfortable; the tankless water heater ensured hot, plentiful water for showers. The heating and air conditioning systems responded quickly and efficiently. We enjoyed going to the Kind Cafe for outstanding bagels and tea before heading to the Fairhope library. The food at Ohana Poke restaurant was tasty and fresh. You can build your own bowl with many options to choose from. Across the street from the condo, the Irish bar features live and fairly loud music most Friday and Saturday evenings. The garbage trucks roll by fairly early, but these distractions are sporadic and don't distract from the pleasures of Fairhope Dreams!

Excellent condo

The condo itself is great. Nice location, plenty of room. So we love the place. However, we did not have hot water until the 3rd day we were there. They came on the first night and checked it out. We could not take baths due to the hot water heater not properly working. They credited us for one night, which doesn't seem fair since we were on vacation and didn't have hot water until Wednesday. We arrived on a Monday afternoon. The master bedroom TV was not working either, but they replaced that on the 2nd night. So overall we love the place, but do not feel properly compensated for a lack of hot water. It really messed up our stay. They ended up replacing the tankless hot water heater on the 3rd day we were there. The nightly fees aren't that much, as we all know, it's all of the other fees. So 107 for a refund did not seem adequate.

Awesome condo in Fairhope

Loved this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, third-floor condo. It's a corner unit on the top floor, so huge windows, high ceiling, and wraparound balcony that runs the entire length and width of the unit. This place is everything the pictures show and a lot more. The entire condo is huge, the master suite is private and huge, running the full length of the condo. Everything was super clean and the condo was well stocked with dishes and kitchen supplies. The beds were very comfortable with nice white, soft, linens. We loved everything about this condo and would definitely stay again. We did have an initial issue with the code for the main building door - it did not work. I texted the contact number and had a response and a fix in less than 2 minutes. The only negative (and this is really picky) is that we were required to take our garbage out and empty the refrigerator. No big deal, but there were no extra garbage bags provided. So we scrambled, collecting all of our bags from purchases and stuffed them with leftovers from the refrigerator. That's a small problem, but it would be thoughtful of the owner to include a few extra garbage bags. So, all in all - very satisfied. Definitely a place we would stay again.
