The Fairhope Bay Room

Experience the quaint, picturesque town of Fairhope, Alabama on the gulf coast from this super CLEAN, private attached guest apartment (250 sq. ft.) with lots of natural light within walking distance of the bay and downtown. The bedroom has a queen bed with memory foam mattress, private bath and private entrance in one of Fairhope`s original cottages built in 1904. We are the fourth house from the bay (South Beach Park) and 1/2 mile to shopping and dining in downtown Fairhope.

The room is part of one of the original Fairhope cottages, built in 1904. It was been completely renovated in 2021. Views of the bay from the adjoining porch make it a peaceful and beautiful retreat.

You have access to your private bedroom and bathroom and shared access to the porch.

You may reach us in the main house or by phone/text. If we are out of town, an alternate number will be provided.

Our house is located in the famed `Fruit and Nut` district of Fairhope with easy access to the water via South Beach Park and the Fairhope pier. We are 1/2 mile from downtown.

There is plenty of street parking in front of our house or across the street. Downtown parking is also free. You may also choose to walk downtown.

Additional softer pillows are available in the closet.
There is no smoking anywhere on the property including the porches/decks. Thank you for your understanding.

My mother and I spent the weekend in Fairhope shopping and stayed at this lovely VRBO! The room was so precious and clean. The bed was super comfortable. And the front porch was an absolute dream! 10/10 recommend!

3 Nights in Fairhope.

We had a lovely time. Our hosts have outfitted this bed and bath with everything you could ask for. We were a 5 minute walk from the bay and park. It was so relaxing. We spent a lot of time just reading on the front porch. Short drive to town and all of the scenic drives. I will give it a big 5 stars!

Beautiful place and gracious host!

The Bay Room: The room with on suite bathroom were clean and well lit with natural lighting. The ambience was relaxing and comfortable. The front porch allowed us to sit back in comfortable chairs during the day and night without traffic sounds or extraneous noises. Very pleasant! Walking distance to Municipal Pier. Short drive to downtown. Excellent host!! Already planning our trip for next year to stay in The Bay Room!

Perfect spot for a short weekend stay. Just what you need for a lovely couple retreat. Walking distance to town with all the shops and dining. Even closer to the pier. Great new restaurant opened up recently on the pier. Wonderful spot for sunset! Would love to stay at this property again in the future.

The property was beautiful! A 2 minute walk to the bay - so close to downtown and all the restaurants and shops - we had coffee on the beautiful front porch and the property and managers were fantastic - looking forward to coming back soon!

Perfect location and home! We were able to walk to the pier and Two Sisters Bakery. The room is very nice and the bathroom clean and bright. They had plenty of Kcups for the Keurig. We were able to sit on the porch every morning and have coffee and listening to the birds and see all the dogs walking by. Our stay was just perfect!

Perfect little getaway

We loved our stay in Fairhope. The room was perfect for me and my husband. It was just as described. There is a fridge and freezer and coffee maker. We could walk to the pier (even though it’s currently under construction), there was lots of dining nearby. We even walked to get ice cream downtown one night. The home is lovely! We sat on the porch and watched the rain. It was so relaxing. The owners were very nice. A perfect little get away for a couple.

Worship Guys Find Each Other (Fairhope Bay Room)

We booked a last minute mini vacay to Fairhope, AL, to celebrate my wife's birthday. After an overzealous credit card fraud department was wary of my late night purchase, I was quickly able to communicate with the property owner to resolve. His website just happened to show up as a pending purchase with my card company, and out of curiosity I visited his site, quickly discovering that he and I were both Worship Pastors (me, formerly) and had people we knew in common. George and Marjorie, our hosts, were a lovely couple with a lovely home perfectly positioned to quickly access all things Fairhope. When we go back, and we know we want to go back, we will definitely use them again. Everything was clean/fresh/quiet, easy parking with just as easy a check in/check out process. Highly Recommended! Blessings to you, both, George and Marjorie!
