「Place is stuck in the past and needs updating. Front desk staff need to be trained. Easy access to highway.」

「For that price and name of Hotel we were expected better standards. Washrooms were awful. Outdated. Toilets didn’t flash fully. In bath tub we couldn’t close pug for bathing a child: shower didn’t work fully either. What a disappointment and waste of money! 」

「We stayed for one night. Once checked into our room, we realized the room hadn’t been cleaned.. We called the front desk and the staff were absolutely incredible! They apologized for the inconvenience, and gave us a complimentary upgrade to a suite. This issue was handled immediately, I was very impressed! The property is beautiful, and centrally located. The hot tub/pool area was great! The two queen bed suite was beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable. We will definitely return in...

「Room was clean. Staff pleasant, helpful and responsive to requests (e.g. promptly fixed a TV issue and provided extra towels). Plenty of room for parking and convenient. Breakfast adequate and appreciated access anytime to coffee and hot water. Good location, fairly close to shops and some restaurants and not far from downtown and highways.」

「Back in my college days this unit would have been considered top of the line. The location is excellent, situated a few minutes from the touristy harbour area right next to the Lieutenant Governor's residence. The unit is fully equiped and parking a short walk away. Unfortunately we could not get the hockey game on their tv but were readily granted a late check out. Considering the price it was a deal.」

「Beds were really comfortable. Fridge , microwave and coffee maker in the room . You could hear every little sound from the hallway. Complementary breakfast had a good variety to choose from. Bathroom unfortunately was cramped. Toilet was really low to the ground. Bathtub was very slippery and if they don’t want someone falling and suing them I would suggest they put some anti slip on it sooner rather then later. Overall a good experience for the cost.」
