This smoke-free cabin features a sauna, Access to hot tub and laundry facilities. Additionally, an arcade/games room and barbecues are on-site. The cabin has 4 bedrooms and offers free WiFi and a sofa bed. A kitchen comes with a fridge and an oven, and guests will also find upscale touches, such as a fireplace and a jetted bath. Housekeeping is available on request.

Geat "home base" to doball your adventures from. We were able to hit up Breckenridge ' Bueno Vista, Leadville and numerous other areas for our week long adventures of rafting, zip lining, train rides and ATV trail riding.

Our stay was spectacular! Chessets lodge is beautiful, it is a winter wonderland. We enjoyed sledding down the mountain and waking up to spectacular views! The cabin is very warm and perfect for a big family!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the stay for Thanksgiving at Chessetts Lodge. Besides being a beautiful home in such a peaceful and serene area, we managed to survive the storm, closed roads and all that comes with that.

Chessets lodge is a winter wonderland! We enjoyed our stay in this gorgeous lodge! The best view of the Rockies ever! Accommodations where fantastic. 35-40 minutes to the beautiful town of Breckenridge.

We decided to take a small bday trip to Colorado for my boyfriend's 30th Birthday and it was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend staying at Chessetts Lodge. The home and property are absolutely beautiful. The home is also pretty close to some of the larger cities which allowed us to venture out each day and visit a new city/attraction. We definitely plan on coming back to this home!

The house was awesome, very clean and upkept, plenty of heat in the winter time. Lots of space for 10 people. Road was a little rough getting up with the snow. Took 4 tries on fresh snow with a 4wd dually pickup. Overall wonderful facility.

Spent the last 5 days at the cabin, it was very clean, well built and the perfect setup for our multi-family. We all enjoyed the hot tub and sauna the kids enjoyed the pool table. We hiked almost everyday at the many trails around Fairplay and spent one afternoon just exploring the property. hosts were very responsive. Beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our time at the cabin and looking forward to another visit.

This place was the perfect getaway for a week. We were secluded up a little over 11,000 ft elevation with just the snow, wind, and animals as the only thing you could hear. The house was the perfect size for the 10 of us and offered lots of over the top things that made us really feel at home. We will be back during the summer months soon.

Beautiful home in the mountains. We loved how secluded it was and all the privacy. We took our small oxygen portable concentrator which was definitely needed. The altitude will hit you so supplemental oxygen is a good idea. Summer in this mountain home was amazing for our family. Management was very fast with responses to our questions. The property was amazing. We had so many places to hang out just at the house. The hot tub was perfect after a day out. It was my birthday and they even left cakes for us. This place is a must, and it was like two vacations in one with the house and it being right up road from Breckinridge.

This was a first class vacation rental. Best we have stayed at. We were so impressed. Real pool table, nice hot tub and instructios for everything except the high tech remote in the basement. The master bath tub was so cool and big enough for 2 people. We definately stay again. Thanks

Highly recommend this home for a beautiful mountain stay. We had 10 people in our group and everyone had their own space. The hot tub and sauna were a huge plus and the views from the hot tub at night cannot be duplicated. The property manager was easily accessible for a few questions we had during our stay. We will definitely be back to this amazing home. The gravel road to the home is about 4 miles with some parts being pretty rough but that isn’t the homeowners/property managers fault. Overall this is a beauty place with amazing views of wildlife.

We had two families stay here July 18-24. We had two 10 yo’s, two 13 yo’s & four adults. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We loved all the wildlife we saw every day, getting in the hot tub after hiking & cooking dinners & breakfast together most days. Another one of our favorite activities was wildlife hunting at dusk. We saw a ton of moose in the area & much more! This place is phenomenal and exactly as described. We loved every minute of our stay and hope to return in the future. You cannot go wrong staying here. Our stay was very comfortable and relaxing. This place is awesome!

We chose Chessetts Lodge for our family vacation stay in Colorado and could not have chosen a better place to stay! The Lodge was equipped with everything our family needed for a carefree, comfortable stay! The lodge was incredibly roomy and cozy! We utilized the kitchen and grill while we were there, cooking family meals together! The quiet, open location was perfect for snow hikes and even sledding down the hills. The drive to town was short and beautiful! We even made our way to Breckinridge and the Frisco area during our stay with no problems at all! 10/10 would recommend booking Chessetts Lodge for your family Colorado stay! Comfortable beds. Cozy gas fireplaces. Tons of room. Beautiful location. What more could you ask for!?

My party of 6 from Texas visited this home in July. We did not experience altitude sickness during our stay. We stayed hydrated, which is key in prevention. This home is fabulous with plenty of space to roam around. The weather was absolutely amazing for July, needless to say all windows were left open to let the cool mountain air inside. We had an amazing time exploring, hiking and rafting during our week stay. The home offers a sauna and hot tub, which were used and much appreciated after our long hiking treks. The nighttime sky is amazing, bring a telescope. The house is comfortable and clean and the response from the rental company is fast.

The cabin is amazing and very well stocked. Beautiful scenery from every window and secluded just enough for privacy. We met with family that we had not seen in quite some time and had a wonderful time. We brought towels but they had plenty. We had only one washcloth so had to buy some at the store. Other than that what we were told to bring was correct. We had an awesome sleigh ride and enjoyed the hot springs at Mt Princeton. It snowed heavily one day and the driveway was cleared off very quickly. We had no trouble with a 4 wheel drive truck. Overall a very pleasant experience!
