“Diane and Michael were excellent hosts. While the spave is connected to there residence it is private and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful for evening walks. Tip: You may need to restart the chrome cast to access the Guest wifi, in order to cast Netflix. The bathroom shower curtain and floor tile could be replaced/ looked at. This property was in the perfect location!! So close to everything we were looking at. “The location of the rental was in a quiet neighborhood but close to many amenities. My spouse and I were in Oregon for a work trip combined with a house hunting trip. There were a number of downsides to the periphery personally - only 1 fan and an air purifier while it was 80+ degrees outside, a number of the lights either had burned out bulbs or no bulbs at all, and the washer did not work properly. “Clean place. Good to note the train track is on one end & the planes from PDX fly straight over. With that typed, it was fun watching the trains! The sound did not get in the way of our sleep in the nice cozy bed. Nice little snacks & bottled water was a lovely touch! Bao was very responsive, thoughtful & generous helping us get wood for the fireplace. Restaurants were in easy walking distance. The garage was a lovely touch with an extra parking permit as well. “The upper floors of the house were very comfortable and convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The house was well appointed overall and the beds were comfortable. We were on the tail end of a spring break vacation with our grandchildren who live in Portland and our stay at Irvington House put the icing on the cake. Portland in the Springtime is not to be missed. We look forward to coming back!”

“The location was perfect, easy access to all highways, downtown waterfront was a 5 minute walk, there was available parking Nextdoor, the entrance was secure, apartment was clean and very comfortable! So much more to list honestly. Host was extremely communicative throughout the entire stay answering any questions and even had some great suggestions for a wonderful winery close by! “We are a group of 8 friends who go on vacation for a week every year.( for over 30 years ) We are 70 years plus old! Property and views were wonderful. Many deer sightings, a view of the Columbia River. House was beautiful and updated, each couple had their own bathrooms attached to rooms. It is 3 stories, so if anyone has issues with stairs consider that when booking. We had no problem. Property owners were very attentive and would definitely recommend this property.”

“This rental surpassed all our expectations in every way! I’ve stayed in numerous vacation rentals over the years, and this one was by far the best. The setting in the forest and on the Tualatin River was surreal. The attention to detail amazing. The Goat Shed & Zen dens were quite clean & cozy. As 2 older women, we felt very safe staying here. Overall centrally located and a quick drive down the road into West Linn offered several wonderful dining options. Definitely plan on staying here again.……
