These two units are separated by a stairwell and locked doors. The upstairs unit is a separate rental not included in this listing. However the upper and lower units can be rented together by unlocking the stairwell for a total of 5 bedrooms should you have a need for a larger party. The driveway is gravel. A two wheel drive vehicle should be fine. We always recommend an all wheel drive vehicle if you chose to explore.
