"Highly Recommend;Centrally located between town for restaurants/shopping etc. secluded and private, cabin was spotless and well maintained.Close to waterfalls (Fern Falls, Magnolia Falls, Falling Water Falls etc), Alum Cove natural bridge - we enjoyed a lot of hiking and relaxing on the deck overlooking the pond.Communication has been excellent - we’ll definitely be back in the spring when the falls are flowing better."

"The Buffalo Mist Cabin is the perfect getaway spot and the hot tub is an added bonus. Everything was clean and decorated beautifully but not over done. The kitchen was well stocked with quality pans and utensils. Megan was easy to communicate with and it’s obvious the owners have put much thought into anticipating every need. We would love to return and stay in the cabin again."

"Had an absolutely amazing stay! The views were breathtaking, and one of the highlights was spotting a family of deer right outside our window in the morning. Nicole and Trent were wonderful hosts, they provided clear check-in instructions and shared excellent recommendations for things to do in the area. Their hospitality made our trip even more enjoyable. We would definitely love to stay here again!"

Waterfall Wilderness Retreat Bordering the Ozark National Forest

"This property is an absolute slice of heaven! You don’t have to even leave for the most amazing private waterfall and swimming hole you’ll find in Arkansas. The home is just as wonderful. Completely updated, very clean, full of thoughtful extra touches-clean robes, games, books, an extremely well equipped kitchen, even the towels were folded in some origami way that I could never do. They looked so pretty I didn’t want to use them! (We did, but reluctantly, followed by a miserable attempt at recreating said origami.) The host was extremely communicative, answered within a few minutes, and they suggested some great things to do and places to visit and eat. We didn’t do as much as we planned, only because you quite literally never have to leave to hike, explore, swim, and play in waterfalls. There are actually 3 within eye sight of the deck and you just follow the creek to experience each of them. Don’t worry about a thing and just sit on the fantastic back porch(es) and contemplate life and why you ever have to leave. We will be back again and again. Thank you so much to our gracious hosts, who did everything and more to make this experience one of the best vacations we’ve ever had. We’ve now discovered Heaven on earth."

"The host, Jeff, was wonderful! He quickly answered any questions we had before our stay and even during our stay. We had 11 adults at our family reunion. There was plenty of room in the cabin for all of us during our stay. It was nice that each bedroom had their own bathroom. We loved how well the kitchen was stocked. Thank you for the welcome gift!"
