“There were 10 of us that came from out of state to attend graduation ceremony at Gonzaga Law. We all had enough space and the pool was great! Although the house is a bit dated, it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The neighborhood is also very quiet. I would recommend this house to any large group!”

“Great location, close to lots of amenities. Very comfortable and well stocked. The Milo level lay out worked well for 7 adults. The patio is a nice spot to visit and hangout. We would definitely stay here again.”

“We really enjoyed our stay. We were 4 couples, the guys golfed every day and the wife’s went to the casinos. This home is by lots of golf courses and between 3 great casinos. We will definitely by back next year.”

“We were disappointed in the hot tub. Filled the water and flipped the breaker just like the owner said. However, when we left to do something for a few hours the temp was down to 90 and we had to wait. Also the cookware needs updating and there is no can opener. The neighborhood was fine and the bed was comfortable. Nice and quiet at night.”

Great location for us - close to airport (but not so close there was noise), convenient to get downtown and to store etc. Great views and large back deck to enjoy sitting around the firepit watching a movie or chillin at the table. It wasn’t a fancy, new home but it made up for it with lots of special touches: a bottle of wine, snacks, bottled water and creamer in the fridge, toys and dishes for the dog, plenty of towels and toilet paper and shampoo, conditioner and body wash. “The apartment was great very clean very organized. Great place to take my dogs as well. If I were to say one thing that could improve, it would be the steps going down to the apartment we’re OK but not great if you had your hands full there’s no rain And it will need to be repaired because it looks like this site is in however it’s still a five star. It was a great place to stay and the people upstairs were awesome. They even gave us some jackfruit that they had extra! I’d stay here again.”

“Great place. Very clean. Lot of kitchen amenities so if you want to cook you should be all set. Great backyard - although with tiny dogs like us you have to be mindful of the holes. I feel like they put a lot of time into thinking about what guests need. I would for sure stay there again.!”

“My husband and I stayed in the lovely cottage and had a reception on the grounds. Deb was in constant communication with me and so very accommodating! Everyone that attended our reception complemented how perfect the property was and wanted to know the details to stay themselves. Not kidding 4 of my guests are olanning on bringing family to stay and enjoy the orchard, fire place and pool. We definitely want to stay again- this time longer!”

“Hotel is right along the river pathway. Get a room that faces the river, much better views and quieter. We had a room right outside the hot tub which was convenient but quite loud. Hotel had a great pool area and outdoor activities.”
