「Friendly staff and delicious meal」

「This was our second stay at The Tavern and we will most definitely return. The rooms are beautifully decorated and have all the amenities available. This time we stayed in the room with the amazing bath. Sadly we didn’t have chance to use it as only stayed for one night. The breakfast is wonderful and certainly set us up for the day. The owners and staff are all very friendly. We look forward to our next visit. 」

Good choice of relatively local (less than 10 miles) public houses for evening fare. Already hoping to get back there when next visiting the Lakes, which start only six miles north.」

And our twin room was very comfortable - very comfy beds and excellent shower en-suite. Very nice touches in lots of ways. 「Our first time in a pod but we loved it. We stayed with our two young children, who were sad to leave! The pod was clean, cosy, had everything you need and on a quiet but secure site. We booked very last minute but had an easy check in with great communication from hoasts. Would come again x」

「Really nice caravan on a lovely site with pool. We really enjoyed our stay, the caravan is very well stocked with everything you need for a weekend away, very thoughtfully done. Very clean and communication excellent. Would definitely recommend. 」

「I am writing to express my disappointment with our stay at Danes Court. The property was not as described and had numerous maintenance and safety issues. Ensuite: The main shower didn’t work, lighting had no IP rating, the extractor fan was black, and the bath plug chain was broken. Main bathroom: The blind and shower head holder were broken, the window wouldn’t open, and there was nowhere to place toiletries in the shower. Downstairs toilet: The macerator caused foul smells through the sink...

「之前看评价说房间很差，担心了半天，入住后觉得一点也不差，就是房间里没有wifi信号（房间内收费），自己的网络也时有时无。如果选择一楼前台区域楼上的房间，可以接受到大堂的免费wifi信号。 我最喜欢的走10分钟来到海边栈道，一路晨跑，再看个日出把自己感动到哭。栈道会途径一个小镇及它的火车站，可以让你拍很久。」

「Room 122 was a lovely big room the bed was very comfortable it could have done with a floor length mirror . The bathroom had a shower only and a small sink with no shelves to put your cosmetics on . Lovely hotel we have stayed here many times. 」
