「Where to start here, the hotel itself on the face of it looks amazing, a grand reception hall, big bedrooms and swimming pools etc but that’s the facade. It’s in the middle of a nowhere desert , has limited restaurant service, poor food, no alcohol ‘allowed’ and unprofessional, poorly trained staff. The heightened security everywhere makes you anxious rather than reassured and unless you have a hire car there’s no escape as there is no public transport at all. 「The apartment was excellent, like the photos. The location is very good; close to many services within the area which is clean, safe, and welcoming. The host was gracious and cooperative; it just took us about half an hour to get access to the apartment, otherwise all was great.」

Restaurant was full of flies, so could not eat there, as hygiene was poor, as I saw waiter checking temperature of cooked food with his bare hands. Cooked food was cold. I could not wait to leave.」
