A renovated house located in Neo Kalamaki on the south coast of central Creta. It is only 5 minutes far from sea and consists of two floors.The first one is about 35sqm and the second about 20 sqm with a 15 sqm veranta.The apartment has a large bedroom,wardrobe,bathroom,sofa,dining room and a kitchen.Other facilities available are 2 air conditioners(one for each floor) ,big TV,free wifi, free private parking,heating and a large veranda balcony to enjoy the amazing sunset and the moonlight!
