This beautiful and modern villa is in harmony with the natural environment and offers you luxury and unforgettable moments. It has clean lines and an air of freshness. The villa has 1 bedroom facing an amazing sea view, 1 bathroom, a big living room and kitchen area and it offers space for 2 guests.
The veranda and the garden invite you for breakfast, relaxing afternoons, dinners and wonderful evenings with a light breeze and an amazing sea view and a view to the mountains.
The swimming pool, which is facing the infinite blue of the sea, is perfect for relaxing moments.
Perfect for people who want to enjoy the South Crete side and its natural beaches, traditional villages and the privacy of a holiday villa. Villa Kassandra is 3 minutes away from the beach by car.
It makes you feel comfortable from the first moment. Its clean and modern lines make you feel relaxed and welcome. It is designed to fulfill the guests needs to the best possible way.
The Villa is surrounded by a garden that gives you privacy. The Villa has a private parking area.
The swimming pool is shared with the second villa in the property. The second villa belongs to the owners and it is not rental. The owners are staying there only a few days per year. Most of the times the swimming pool is only used by the guests.

Einfach gut

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage und Aussicht sind toll. Der etwas beschwerliche Weg vom Ort zum Haus ist gut schaffbar, Leute mit Fussproblemen sollten besser mit dem Auto hochfahren. Im Haus ist alles Nötige vorhanden, die Vermieterfamilie hat sich schnellstens um alles gekümmert, was anfiel. Die Aussicht vom Pool ist einzigartig!
