“Had a fantastic week in Easter holidays. We were 2 families of 4, and there was plenty of room. Bedrooms were good size and beds were really comfy. Kitchen very well equipped - and also looked well set up for families with younger children too. Family space was great, nice big garden. Lovely tranquil setting - we enjoyed spotting the pheasants and deer in the garden. Great location - close to some gorgeous beaches and local attractions. Nearby Thai takeaway from local pub was very good. One……

“The property was ideally situated close to the harbour and all amenities, and proved an excellent base for a 4 night stay. It was very clean and comfortable and our host, Pauline was next door if we needed anything (we didn’t). We used the Coasthopper bus to Brancaster Staithe and walked back (almost 12 miles) - have done the other direction to Blakeney and Cley before but weather was uncertain so took the car. Lots of great places to eat in Wells and the surrounding area - excellent meal at the……

“As far as the stay I honestly couldn’t fault it my bed was super comfy I stayed in the queen suite with shared bathroom it was spotless and warm too Helen had the radiators on and an electric blanket in the bed which was much welcomed as I stayed mid- January. If you do stay in this room just switch the blanket on and wait an hour you might not be able to feel it to the touch but once you get into bed you’ll feel it. There was plenty of tea & coffee plus nice little touches like water chocolate……

“We spent 2 days at the garden pod. There are 3 of us - mum, dad and a teenager. We visited Swaffham for its attractions and sights as well as using it as a base to travel further around Norfolk - Wells, Thetford, Hunstanton. The hosts looked after us really well.”

“This property was ideal for 18 family members and 2 small dogs. The weather wasn’t brilliant but the games room, books etc in the accommodation was ideal along with a few items we supplied. I think better photos are required as the current ones do not reflect the property, it is much better than presented. Due to the school holidays and bank holiday, parking was a nightmare for the additional vehicles. Some elements are getting tired but I think this is reflected in the rate. More than adequate……

“Absolutely spot on what it says. The house has everything you need. The host said all we needed to take was, food, drink & charcoal for the BBQ. This is so true. The bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen & living area were spacious. With the living area going straight onto the patio area to the pool with several areas to sit & relax. This property is superb.”

“Fisherman’s cottage is the most beautiful cottage we have stayed in. Mundesley is a lovely, peaceful village, with a stunning beach. The owners contacted me prior to our stay, with lots of information. We had trouble with the lights (a fuse had gone) and I spoke with the owners and within 10 minutes someone was round to fix the problem. The cottage was spotlessly clean and furnished beautifully. Highly recommend this cottage if you want a quiet, peaceful place to stay. Thank you again, we loved……

“The house is wonderful for a large family celebration- masses of room - everything you could need for catering for a large group, and all the entertainment you could possibly need, with the games room, the fabulous garden with children’s play area, tennis court and a garden store with all the games - we made the most of everything and everyone enjoyed themselves.
