「This place is absolutely amazing!! It’s an old palace turn into a hotel with all the old palace charm. The staff go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met and you are having an amazing time. They have a great tour for the residents that explains the interesting history of the palace. The complementary tea time is another fun thing to do. Make sure you visit the bar and try their whiskey with a hint of tamarind (the bartender was very nice and helpful). One last thing, get there...

「Good」

「Hotel is good. but nothing special nearby」

「The interior design is really nice. Good restaurant for meal & nice staff! 」

「Very nice experience, great service and delicious breakfast! And they gives rose and souvenir when we left!」

「The service is good, beds are nice and clean, but that’s pretty much the highlight. Overall the hotel felt aged and lack of good maintenance. Would not be a priority to stay again. 」

「The rooms were impressively spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a quiet and comfortable environment to rest. I was highly impressed by the hospitality; the entire staff was extremely polite, professional, and always eager to assist with a smile....」

「Requested, prepaid and confirmed on numerous occasions an airport dropoff, the car still managed to show up 30 minutes late.」

「Windows are not very tight and becomes loud during even into the night.」
