“The guesthouse is nice enough but the staff were standoffish to begin with. There was an unexpected extra charge for my dog to stay. They had their large dogs roaming freely, which was intimidating to nervous dogs on leads. The shower in our room was old and complicated to use. I forgot an expensive orthopaedic pillow at the guesthouse and requested it to be sent to me. The owner assured me he had it, charged me €35 and sent an old battered cushion with no cover at a cost of €9. Overall the stay……

“We stayed for work in a junior suite and were disappointed with the condition of the room. The décor was dated, the furniture was very tired and grubby, particularly the sofa, and the table surface was sticky enough that we had to clean it ourselves. Both bathroom sinks were blocked and required a visit from maintenance. Overall, the room did not meet the standard you would expect from a suite, especially in terms of cleanliness. On a positive note, the pizza we ordered from the hotel’s Italian……

“Good hotel and we did enjoy it. There is lots of small issues that didn't affect us but may be important to others... Phone in room not working Safe in room needs resetting, so not working Deceptive issues like bathtub dings n water marks, Not all the pillows are plump”
