The Triple room was a huge upgrade for only a $1 US dollar price increase, probably the most bang for your buck out of the places I've stayed in. "Great property with a friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff. I especially want to recognize Fred at the front desk, along with the rest of the front desk team and the bar staff. Everyone was attentive, accommodating, and made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The only reason I did not give an excellent rating was my housekeeping experience. Unfortunately, I did not get the housekeeper's name, but I requested face towels several times. I understand that face towels may not typically be used for bathing in your region, but they are an important part of my personal routine. The housekeeper appeared visibly frustrated by my repeated requests and even suggested that I use tissue instead. Although a few face towels were eventually provided, I was left feeling as though my request was an inconvenience rather than a reasonable accommodation. One additional suggestion would be to offer plug adapters for purchase or loan, particularly for guests visiting from the United States. Many travelers use iPhones and other devices that require charging, so having adapters readily available would be a thoughtful and much-appreciated convenience. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the hospitality of your staff. With a few small improvements, the guest experience would be even better."
