Lovely family vacation

This is a beautiful property in a delightful country setting. Mr Benito was wonderful and made us feel very welcome. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a quiet and away from the crowds holiday, so peaceful . Just wonderful.

Great view, the house is in perfect shape. Nice little village close by with good shops for the daily life and restaurants. The next beach is about 45 min away and it is also a 45 minutes drive to the Sibellinen. A 100 % reccomendation.

Ein wunderschönes Haus!!!

Wir waren im Sommer 2023 in der Villa dei Ciliegi. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, geräumig und bietet alles, was man benötigt. Der Garten und vor allem der Pool, der größer als erwartet war, sind sehr gepflegt. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch, gerade mein Essen auf der Terrasse haben wir ihn genossen. Der Service ist klasse, der Hausmeister Benito ist super nett und kümmert sich um alles. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden regelmäßig gewechselt. Auch unsere Ansprechpartnerin Marina war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hat immer schnell geantwortet. In der Nähe gibt es viele leckere Restaurants, die man unbedingt ausprobieren muss. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und können das Haus nur sehr empfehlen!!!

Voor wie op zoek is naar rust en geniet van de schoonheid van de natuur.

Deze vakantiewoning is een absolute aanrader. We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen door Benito (woont in een appartement boven in het huis). Benito spreekt enkel Italiaans maar deed zijn uiterste best voor ons.. Hij was aanwezig wanneer we hem nodig hadden maar bleef verder discreet op de achtergrond. Het huis is meer dan voldoende ruim. We waren er met twee gezinnen met vier kinderen in het totaal. De vier kinderen sliepen samen in de grote slaapkamer beneden. Het was erg warm maar het huis beleef beneden relatief koel (mede door de aanwezige rolluiken).. Enkel boven was het warm om te slapen maar het was dan ook uitzonderlijk warm. De ramen hebben horren wat een grote meerwaarde is want er zijn wel wat muggen… Een geweldig zicht rondom het hele huis en een super groot en verzorgd (met dank aan Benito) zwembad.. Een auto is wel een must want het huis ligt wat afgelegen… op 40 minuten je aan de kust en op twee uur aan de adembenemende Gran Sasso…. Wij zijn fan van dit huis!

Entspannter Urlaub!

Die Villa dei Ciliegi ist genau, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Das Haus ist sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Ein paar bequeme Sitzmöbel für abends draußen wären noch toll, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Der lick ist toll, wir konnten sogar ein paar Rehe beobachten. Der Hausmeister Benito ist vor Ort und kümmert sofort um alles. Der Pool ist gut gepflegt und dank der Größe sogar zum Schwimmen geeignet. Nachts bekommt er eine Haube, sodass das Wasser auch jetzt Ende Mai nicht zu kalt war. Zum Meer fährt man ungefähr 45 Minuten. Wir haben es genossen, vielen Dank!

Rustgevende omgeving

Advertentie in overeenstemming met wat je krijgt. De housekeeper Benito was zeer behulpzaam. Zeer mooie en stille omgeving. Mooie dorpjes in de buurt met middeleeuwse en Romeinse toetsen. Weinig toeristen gezien. Geslaagde vakantie !

Wonderfull villa

My family has visited in Italy many times but never had so amazing views from the house than in this one. The pool was also very nice, it's situated few meters away from the house and between the owners house. Mr Benito, lives in the upper apartment, other side of the house and takes care of the house and surroundings. He was very kind and helpfull when we needed something. Though speaks only Italian. Bedrooms were quite plain, but ok, kitchen had everything we needed. Nights were very hot, even at the end of June. We had troubles getting good night sleeps because of the heat. But luckily there was insect nets on the windows so you can keep windows open at nights. The only thing we didn't like was the insects. And there were a lot of those inside the house! Dead bugs on the floors even when we arrived, not very welcoming. I'm not sure how the house had been cleaned before us. The owner should do something about it. Also had few scorpions in our family room downstairs. You should leave some light on at nights. And a little wish to the owner: it would be nice to give a small welcoming package to new clients, for example water, juice, bread, fruits etc. We have always had that before this place and it makes new clients to feel welcomed. Especially when we arrived in the middle of the night and tired to the villa and shops were closed. It would have been nice to have something ready at the villa. It is a big bonus. Otherwise a good experience and location is nice. There are couple of very good restaurants near by, in Sant Angelo in Pontano. Try restaurant Duilo and Pippo & Gabriella. The best tiramisu we ever had!

Très belle maison dans un cadre magnifique

Très belle maison au calme avec une très belle piscine et une vue superbe jusqu'aux monts sibyllins. Située à 5mn de voiture du centre de la commune de Falerone et à env 1h des plages. Beaucoup de visites intéressantes à faire (Macerata, Ascoli Piceno ...). Accueil chaleureux et efficace.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in den Marken

Wir (2 Familien mit zusammen drei Kindern) waren im August 2015 in diesem wunderschönen Haus mit seiner traumhaften Umgebung und einem unvergesslichen Ausblick. Ums Haus sind Oliven- und Feigenbäume. Der Pool war toll! Benito (der Hausmeister) war immer hilfsbereit zur Stelle, wenn man ihn gebraucht hat, ansonsten hielt er sich sehr zurück. Das Haus war toll geschnitten und wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit mit vielen Spielen auf dem Rasen, Toben im Pool, Wandern in der Umgebung, Ausflüge in die zauberhaften kleinen mittelalterlichen Städte der Marken, ab und zu ein Strandtag an der Adria und als kleines Highlight, die süße, verspielte und verschmuste schwarze Katze Ella. Wir kommen wieder! Vielen Dank für die unvergessliche erholsame Zeit.

Vacanza pura!

Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana, piena di tranquillità e rilassatezza! La casa é davvero confortevole e ottimamente attrezzata. Anche in 9 persone ha funzionato perfettamente. Il signor Benito ci ha assistito e consigliato, essendo comunque sempre molto discreto. Quindi, il nostro voto sono 5 stelle... ... dipiú non si poteva!!!

Séjour extrêmement agréable

Une maison et une piscine très agréables, au calme, avec une vue magnifique sur les collines et les montagnes au loin. À proximité, les plages de l'Adriatique, les multiples villages typiques des Marches : nous avons passé un vraiment très bon séjour. Un excellent accueil par M. Benito, le gardien.

Super Unterkunft

Wir waren Ende August / Anfang September 2 Wochen da. Tolles Haus, sehr gut ausgestattet, in einer sehr schönen, vor allem ruhigen Lage. Sehr netter Hausmeister, der sich angenehm zurückhält. Schöner Pool. Alles in Allem - sehr zu empfehlen. Auto ist ein Muss, wenn man sich was anschauen will. Je nach Jahreszeit unbedingt Mückenschutz mitbringen. Das Haus ist mit Fliegengittern und Moskitonetzen gut gerüstet.

Superbe villa avec vue imprenable

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à la Villa dei Ciliegie. Ideal pour découvrir la région des Marches et profiter de la mer autant que de la montagne. La villa est restaurée avec soin et le descriptif de l'annonce ainsi que les photos correspondent bien à la réalité. La vue est superbe depuis la terrasse à chaque heure de la journée. Les chambres (surtout les deux chambres parentales) sont très spacieuses et bénéficient chacune d'une grande salle de bain. L'intérieur est par ailleurs impeccable, meublé avec soin et sobriété, bien équipé. Le jardin et la piscine sont très bien entretenus, et M. Benito le gardien est accueillant, discret et très serviable. Nous recommandons cette belle villa pour les amoureux de calme, de nature et de patrimoine.

Tolles Haus mit wunderwarem Ausblick

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen sehr übertroffen (ganz abgesehen von der wunderbaren Umgebung) und es hat uns eigentlich an nichts gemangelt. Es waren genügend Handtücher vorhanden und vor allem Geschirr. Das fanden wir sehr hilfreich. Die Einrichtung ist gut und geschmackvoll. Der "Hausverwalter" Herr Bonito ist stets da, wenn man ihn braucht, hält sich aber ansonsten sehr diskret im Hintergrund. Der Pool ist super gepflegt und richtig gross. Die Umgebung lässt sich prima erkunden. Ohne Auto geht allerdings nichts. Alles in allem eine ganz wunderbare Unterkunft. ;-)

Alles Bestens! ***

Wir haben im Mai 2013 zwei Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Zwei Familien mit je Zwei Kindern. Wir fanden die Aufteilung Ideal mit der Zusatzwohnung für zwei Familien. Wir haben uns sehr erholt. Die Lage ist absolut ruhig mit schönem Blick in die noch verschneiten Berge. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und bestens ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch der liebenswürdige Hausmeister vor Ort hat uns bei Bedarf immer gerne geholfen und beraten. Wir werden sicherlich mal wieder kommen und können das Haus durchaus empfehlen!
