“Great price and value for the room. Very courteous staff. Do not expect much for breakfast. Very limited selection.”

“The staff was great! Check in was easy. Our door lock was broken with no alternative options, our HVAC didn’t work and it was so loud from mid night til 4am. Rough nights sleep. ”

“Fitness center had broken treadmill--I was notified upon arrival, however, it was an inconvenience. Coffee for coffeemaker in room was not replenished. Kurig style coffee maker would be nice. Room was clean. Facility was ok, but showing some age. No variety for breakfast.”

“We booked a room with one king bed. We were given a room with 2 queen beds, when I told the desk person he had to call the manager stating there were none available. Then we were given a room with one king bed that looked like some had used the bed and just made the top to look good. There were dirty linen carts in the hallway when we arrived and were still in the same spot when we checked out. The breakfast had cereal, but only chocolate milk; the fruit tasted slightly rancid; the two bite……

“The elevator is broken. But overall it's still very good, clean and hygienic.”

“I booked a deluxe king room, but I failed to see what was deluxe about it. Some of the photos show a bathtub in the bathroom but our room had only a shower. The vent fan didn't work. One of the main reason we stayed here was because of the rooftop bar but upon our arrival we discovered that the bar was booked for a private venue. The only good part of our stay was the staff, they were very friendly. The room was also clean. ”

“The only way to not be disappointed when you stay here is to go in with low expectations. Expect there to be no water pressure. Expect mold and hair in the bathroom. Expect cold eggs and sausage for breakfast. If you go in with these expectations, you won't be disappointed. ”

“The hot breakfast was exceptional and truly worth choosing this hotel over others that include breakfast. It was different every day, but included various omelettes and meat, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, as well as various breads, waffles and yogurt. The staff were the friendliest and most helpful I’ve met. And I travel a lot. ”
