“Overall the apartment was nice. Owner didn't give the key code until I asked. Also it was a little unclear how to get there. But you pull into the alley and park behind the house. There is enough space for one car.”

I can’t think of one thing we needed that wasn’t provided. Jerry was kind and easily contacted if needed. Perfect for our four day visit. Would definitely stay again.”

“A very comfortable apartment, with all things necessary. Property has a 24/7 front desk, but they can only forward information or requests to National. We had no problems with our stay or the accommodations and given surrounding options, it was quite affordable. Loved the DC Metro accessibility for both our sightseeing and airport.”

“This was cute little place north of the city. The basement apartment had everything we needed (and more) and the neighborhood was nice and quiet with easy parking on the street right in front of the apartment. The Metro was pretty much a straight 3/4 mile walk from the apartment and very convenient to use. We never touched our car the whole week.”

“Property was generally good. I had some specific issues with my condo. (1) I was frustrated to find a condo with no ironing board (really?). The sad college-dorm-sized table top thing simply doesn't count. (2) The bath towels were fine, but no washcloths or hand towels for the bathroom? (3) There was no workspace. The "desk" was tiny, so I had to clear the dining table. And (4) I didn't learn until the day before I checked in that the building had no AC until May1. A $250 investment (or less)……

“Great location. The overall condition of the condo was very good. The only complaint was the lack of air conditioning....it was 80 degrees the entire time. When we talked to the management company, we were told it was a "city issue" and no effort to change it. Also, no wash clothes, hand towels, or coffee to make.”

“Modern basement smart apartment. Host professional and friendly. Snacks, including water,soda,chips and wine provided. Close to metro subway and major DC attractions. The surrounding area could be better .”

“This basement level, one room, one bathroom space was amazing! It had all the amenities we needed and seemed very spacious even with three of us in the room. There was room to eat, work and just hang out. it was very clean and well organized. It was about a 15 minute walk to the nearest metro station and a 20 minute walk from the metro (because a lot of it is uphill). Easy access in and out of the space. Terry was a great communicator and host!”

“From the beginning until the end the listers were very receptive. The listing was precisely as described. Very clean! Soap, cleaning products, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was provided There were even K cups for the Keurig which made my mornings better. WiFi was strong. I chose to stay farther from the conference center (about 1mi) than my colleagues. I walked a few times which was about 25 minutes and took an electric scooter the rest of the time. Both were great options. Overall……

“Location is awesome. Sketchy steps to get down there so be careful but the apartment was just as described. Really comfy bed and pillows. Some things were a little run down and I couldn’t get the TV to work, otherwise I would’ve ranked this higher. Place is appropriately priced for the area.”
