“Fabulous views of WA mon. from big picture windows in bedroom and living room! Great natural light - huge windows! Spacious! Felt homey! Fantastic, comfortable bed! Big TV screen in living and bedroom! Full kitchen! Close to great groceries, many restaurants, mall, metro! Very clean. I would recommend that the cleaning company clean the lint from dryer regularly - it was very full which is a fire risk. The checking process needs some fine tuning - they use a service that starts with AI……

“Great location, beautiful property. Bed was comfy. It was a 10 minute walk to the metro. A different metro was 10 minutes the other direction. Plenty of options for food and groceries. Full kitchen was nice. Overall, it was a great place I'd stay at again. ”

“I have stayed in dozens of rentals and the communication and small simple amenities available for a family while traveling were phenomenal. I’d give 10 stars if possible. We were touring the east coast so did 3 cities in a week, this being our first stay. And Ike for sure made this the best experience and made going to other homes difficult :) would recommend to anyone looking to go to DC!!! ”

“Cute English basement apartment on a quiet residential street, close to the H St NE corridor. Some quirks (swivel tv between bedroom and living room) and some fantastic features (shower with multiple heads). ”

“The property was undeniably beautiful and spacious, but the pre-arrival process was a disaster. I booked a Global Luxury Suites hotel via hotels.com, only to find it was actually the Skymark building, owned by Churchill. I opted to pay upon arrival, yet my card was charged in full 7-10 days before my stay without any explanation. Attempts to resolve this with hotels.com failed; they couldn't contact the company. A search for "Global Luxury Suites, Reston VA" revealed it didn't exist. I received……

“Very nice apartment, in a nice neighborhood. Check in was a breeze, Tom gave us detailed instructions and he was great to communicate with and very helpful. The apartment had everything we needed. The kitchen had plenty of pots and plans and dishes for some evening meals. Thanks for a great stay!”

“Note the signs for street cleaning days before parking; we had no issue there. The address that popped up on the Maps site the day before was for the VRBO across the street, but Tambor got us straightened out. You may just want to check the address when you message ahead of time. The apartment is clean and welcoming. We enjoyed our stay.”

“There was an issue with my reservation the first night but the host paid for a nice hotel few blocks away. The apartment was better than expected. Clean, spacious and had everything I needed.”

“We loved the area and not knowing DC at all was extremely happy with how pretty the area was. All the homes were well cared for. Some beautiful architecture.The listing was confusing because they showed the three bedrooms and then showed a photograph of an office. Which turned out to be the third bedroom. So we thought we were actually getting four rooms with beds. We utilized the couch rather than the blowup beds and that work just fine.”

“This was a charming place to stay and extremely comfortable for 3 adults. The parking was sometimes tricky but we always managed to find a spot. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans and towels. The dishwasher and washer & dryer were wonderful to have at our disposal. We would not hesitate to stay again. Excellent communication with the hosts. ”
