"I can only speak about room 11. My experience in that room was poor. The heating system is awful. There is a ceiling heating fan that is extremely loud, as in jet engine loud. It goes off full force every 5 minutes. This kept me awake all night. The bed frame/ headboard was loose and kept banging against the wall. I needed to bolster it with a towel. The lighting was sup par. The supposed breakfast was worthless. The restaurant was fine. Unfortunately the draft beer system was not functioning. Hopefully these items can be improved. Call ahead to make sure the other rooms are satisfactory to your desired expectations."

"A very old and even historic hotel lacking a lot of the amenities which I understand no TV in every room no air conditioning obviously no elevator which is kind of tough if you’re carrying large amount of luggage up three floors. Rooms are very small which is typical due to the historic cage I’m not sure if I would stay here again I wanted to do some work in the room at night but the roads were just way too small no desk etc. there are other places around inlet old Forge which have much better accommodations"

"Great location. Convenient for snowmobiling. The house had plenty of room, clean and kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies. Loved the wood fireplace upstairs and gas fireplace downstairs. The view was beautiful overlooking the lake. Offered a laundry room too. Only thing I wish they had was a tv in the upstairs living room. "

"Great spot for a relaxing weekend! The room was clean, cozy, and what looked like recent nice updates done. The adjustable beds were a very pleasant surprise which our bodies appreciated. Prior to and during the stay there were multiple texts sent to assure we had what we needed. Thank you, we will be back!"

"Location!! Beautiful view of 4th Lake & a sky full of stars at night! Large porch, picnic tables & a swing all perfect to relax and enjoy the view. It was very convenient to cook and for our group to enjoy meals together. The home is very clean & the beds were comfortable. My only disappointment was the tv. It is listed as a “Smart TV”, which my understanding is you could stream any of your apps on the tv. The only option given was Netflix. It wasn’t a huge problem, but we planned to watch the SU football game through our ESPN app. We just watched it on our phones. "
