「Very nice little villa in a quiet area just 10 mins walk from a good quality sandy beach for swimming and 10 mins drive into Protaras for the food and nightlife. Car ideal but not essential as there are regular buses into town and Ayia Napa every few minutes. 」

「This villa is just perfect for a relaxing holiday with everything you need and more. We received a lovely welcome from the owner who’s communication was brilliant from the minute we booked. Extra touches like the wine & foods when we arrived were very kind. We loved the pool & garden area which has a lovely bbq and plenty of seating areas to just sit back & chill. 「We stayed at Cape Serenity to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday and had kids under 4, teens, 20’s,50’s and an 80 yr old. This was the perfect property for that. We had the young kids and their parents in the main house and the rest of us had our own suites in the 2nd building. It couldn’t have worked out better. We all had privacy when we needed it and used the fabulous pool area when we were all together. No one ever felt like anyone was “in their space”. The area by the pool was outstanding...

「This is a lovely home from home villa! Has everything you need for a lovely holiday. The pool is fantastic. The villa is well equipped, pleasantly decorated and clean. It’s also close to the best beaches in Protaras! The only thing that is a downside at the moment is that there is a lot of construction going on near the villa but it didn’t bother us because we were at the beach in the day and by the pool in the late afternoon/evening. We loved it!」

「Great villa , great location, lovley big villa loads of room , the only thing i would say is outside there is no grass area for kids to play which could lead to liitle avcidents if dall over buy the ppil, but dud not affect us as adults but exceptional villa」

「Perfect location for us as we like to snorkel at Green Bay. The villa has all the amenities that you require, beautiful big pool, lush lime tree and fig trees surrounding the garden , lovely large living spaces and perfect rooms. Would highly recommend this villa, thank you Natalie 」
