「Must be a new property. It was difficult to find as my GPS did not like the address. The property was nice and clean. Would be helpful to have at least plastic cups in room. Liked the refrigerator and microwave though really didn’t use.」

The employees at the front desk are not professionally dressed. You don’t know who hotel staff is. The housekeepers are actually dressed nicer. Parking was horrible! 「I will NEVER recommend The Roadway Inn. I wouldn’t stay there if it were free. As soon as I opened the door the dirty musky smell was sickening. The smashed cockroach on the wall says it all. It’s a bedbug disaster waiting to happen. I should’ve asked to see the room before paying. I went to the front desk and asked for a refund, I was informed I took longer than 5 minutes to cancel therefore I was required to pay for 1 night. I was given a room for my first canceled night but left to fend for myself the second night during graduation weekend when the hotels were either sold out or extremely expensive.
