"Property was just ok cleanliness wise. Breakfast area could have been cleaner. I had to ask for the syrup for waffle as it wasn’t out on the counter. Coffee pot in room was in the bathroom counter 3 feet from the toilet. This was a huge turnoff. Plenty of room in the sleeping area for the coffee service so not sure why it was in the bathroom counter"

"Everything was gross. The room smelled of sewer. The bedding wasn’t clean. The bathroom light didn’t work. The roof was coming off. I would never stay here again. We only ended up staying one of the two nights we booked. I didn’t want to touch anything in the room."

"Toilet didn’t flush in our room. After complaining to a useless front desk person 3 times who did absolutely nothing, I waited for the shift change and the maintenance guy to be there and he came and fixed it. Was with a group of people who also had issues with plumbing and water pressure. There is no hot tub. It must have taken a crap and was simply boarded up. With all of the plumbing issues, and the filthy hotel, I wasn’t taking my chances with the pool. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was standard. This is supposedly the best hotel in the area and I travel a lot. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone and would not come back to this town. Also they charge $5 a night for you to park in the hotels own lot."

"Room was dirty, bathroom tub was extremely broken and dirty with mold. The bathroom was just gross. The furniture was worn and dirty. In need of a serious update. The carpet was sticky and shredded. Overall, the only thing nice was the staff. There was a working girl pacing the parking lot the entire two days. The dishes didnt look clean. The hallways were extremely loud and I could hear the people on the floor above us talking all night. The building and our room had a very musty odor. We stuffed air freshener in the vents. Would never stay here again. The breakfast area easthe only area clean"

"We are known for not staying at the most expensive places. We are only in a hotel room for the evenings, so we were not expecting a lot when arrived. However, Sam, who I had spoken to earlier in the week was always friendly and helpful. The other gentlemen were as well, but I only knew Sam's name. The room was as expected...clean, simple, fridge and microwave. Exactly as we wanted. Their breakfast was a nice surprise as they served more than yogurt and muffins. You could make a waffle or heat up a breakfast sandwich. I thought it was a creative way to step up the basic breakfast that some hotels serve. We did not use the pool, but did walk in there...it was nice and clean. I would definitely stay here again."
