“Sheets were dirty and had cigarette holes in the comforter and sheet. The front desk gentleman did give me brand new sheets and pillow cases for the stay. Two towels in the bathroom, no hand towel or facecloth. Everything has stains on it, the walls ceilings, furnishings, everything appears to not be wiped down what so ever. NOW, our first hotel cancelled on us last minute and this hotel was cheaper and last minute, so for what I paid, it was what it was. But they are a serious. Leaning away……

“We had a great stay at Embassy Suites in Indianapolis. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast, which had a great variety of options and was well stocked. We also really enjoyed the free evening drinks, which added a lot of value to our stay. The facility itself is in excellent condition and you can tell they take pride in maintaining the property. The only minor downside was……

“Before I arrived, I called to confirm my check in time. I was told that the room we paid for would not be available because it's first come first served check in system. I had to talk to the front desk person and they were able to "find" a lesser room, however when we arrived it was clear it was not cleaned properly because the floor was sticky and smelled of syrup. We didnt have a complete set of bedsheets for the fold out couch, and it was surrounded in crumbs and dirt. The tv remote either……

“Well I didn't like that it took five times to get into a room the second second room it only took three times the first room it took two times and we still didn't get in the TV didn't work well the TV worked the remote didn't work I had to change the channels on the box it's not a very sound proof facility you can hear everything so if you want privacy you definitely don't want to go there”

“Terrible experience. The customer service was among the worst I have encountered. The room was dirty, with broken doors and no hot water at all. The towels were extremely small, more like kitchen towels than bath towels. Breakfast offered very limited options, and the area did not feel safe. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”
