"This was a great hotel. We went to the spa and the massage therapists were excellent and the facilities were well maintained. The room was very comfortable, large, quiet and clean. The location is a few minutes by taxi to the main part of Galway or a 25 minute walk. It was not an inconvenience at all. The staff were very friendly. "

"It truly is a small space, but is very cute and efficient in the way it is designed. The staff were extremely friendly and flexible. Since it is located in a busy area, there is some measure of noise that transferred through the walls. Ear plugs were provided, but it is good to be aware of the noise should you be a light sleeper."

The only complaint that it was a little too warm in the room and no matter what I set the AC on, it felt that it was too hot. Given that we stayed at the property in the middle of October, I was hoping that the room would feel cooler. But it was a minor inconvenience. Otherwise - super friendly staff, great restaurant and bar on premises and just great impression overall. "
