Lovely stay for a long weekend

Cosy, clean, welcoming home. Perfect for our family of 4. Facilities were great. Teens loved the hot-tub. Really expanded our use of the property on a winter weekend. Nice and close to Berry if required. Would definitely stay again.

The Byres Far Meadow

This idyllic property was the perfect getaway for our family. We instantly relaxed as we arrived to the beautiful gardens and gorgeous house wrapped around stunning countryside. The inside of the house was immaculate and offered peaceful relaxation with a fireplace both inside and out along with the jacuzzi. Our little dog absolutely loved running around the property and we could completely relax knowing she was safe. We look forward to coming back again!

Beautiful house in excellent location

We loved staying at this beautiful property with serene views across the fields to roaming cows. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and we loved all the sustainability features of the house, including the vegetable garden. We ate breakfast every morning on the terrace drinking coffee from the DeLonghi espresso machine while our dog chased the balls we threw to every corner of the vast garden (no need to ‘walk the dog’ here!) The house is incredibly handy to Seven Mile Beach and Berry. We enjoyed lunch at the local winery Mountain Ridge Wines just 5 minutes down the road. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return.

The Byres was a perfect spot for us to stay near Berry. We loved the house, the hot tub and the kitchen. Just a lovely spot to watch the sun go down.
