“酒店环境很漂亮，就是房间热水不足”

“It looks good., but I got allergy in there. The manger changed room for me. The service is good.”

“Plenty of room in studio.good balcony to view ocean and quite peaceful.restaurant was handy.just walk downstairs.”

“It was a lovely older building that was well maintained and had the best outdoor dining water-view. The dining/bar had great ambiance and the food was unique and delicious. They also had a free pickleball court usage near their property. The staff were happy and helpful. The only problem was a bit dampness feel to the room rug.”

“Our 3rd time here in 2months. We have been coming here consistently since our first visit. Would highly recommend, they have hot pools, spa. We ended up changing our room from the upstairs room to a downstairs room so we can park close to our car and also charge.”

“IN all it was a great place to stay and we will continue to stay there in future. The grounds are in a bad way as all the trees have been cut down and there is no woodlands on the their outlook views. They have also removed all the undergrowth on their property leaving the driveway bare. Until this is redone the outlook on approach is not nice.”

“Really enjoyed our stay. Very appreciative to be able to have our dog stay with us. Lovely staff and a super spot to stay if visiting the Bay of Islands.”

“整體很好，但下次一定要租向海的露台房間”

“Good location, value for money”

“Rosewood绝不令人失望，除了贵，没有任何毛病，服务顶尖，球场美轮美奂，庄园巨大，可以探索的项目非常多。”

“The staff was very responsive and kind for a late arrival. I really appreciated it.”

“My vehicle broke down, very stressful, asked for refund and none given, ghosted after communicating this nightmare.”
