The Villa is nestled in the green scenery of olive groves on the hillside with breathtaking views in all directions from Rome to the Sabina Mountains. You will be welcomed in a villa in a comfortable independent apartment which benefits from its own private terrace with barbeque and stunning sunsets for al fresco diner. Located just 8 km from the town of Passo Corese, with all amenities, including the train service which is directly connected to Rome and the Fiumicino International Airport.

From our property you can visit a region full of interesting archaeological areas, historical
and natural sites (Rome 40min, the Farfa Abbey 10min, the Tivoli Gardens, the Bracciano Lake and Castle, etc.) or reach the famous Tuscany and beautifull Umbria regions are within easy driving distance.

English, French, German, Danish and Italian are spoken.

"Everything was exactly as advertised. Mrs. Frederiksen and sons were very nice, helpful and supportive. Would definitely go back! Todo estaba acorde con lo anunciado. La Sra. Frederiksen y sus hijos fueron muy amables, cooperativos y de gran ayuda. Definitivamente volvería! Alles war gleich als im internet Werbung. Frau Frederiksen und ihre Jungen war sehr nett und hilfreich. Ich gehe dort noch einmal wenn möglich!"

Relaxing Retreat in the Italian Countryside

We spent 10 nights here and enjoyed it very much. You are in a very rural area but there is town near by that has supermarket, bank etc and a well serviced train station approx 8 km away. We took the train to Rome in under the hour 8 euros each return which also gives you all day metro and bus use in a Rome. There is also some very good restaurants serving high quality Italian food and we struggled to spend over 80 euros for the four of us which we had 3 courses with beers and 🍷 so very good value. Jette and Antonio and Lucca are really lovely friendly helpful hosts, who couldn't do enough for us. The apartment was lovely and clean and kitchen was well equipped.Lovely private patio area that looked out onto Olive and Pepper trees. If we were to go back we would book the larger apartment that looks on to the large wonderful swimming pool as we think it would be more suitable for four adults with lots of stuff. But all in all a perfect venue for our summer break, bravo Jetta and Antonio.

Beautiful location and wonderful hosts

We had a great stay with Jette and Antonio. The location is good with an excellent view of the Sabina mountains. The apartment was nice and clean, and we really appreciated the aircondition in the bedrooms since it was extremely warm. Jette and Antonio are very pleasant and helpful hosts, and it felt very homely.

Excellent endroit. Environnement magnifique, poétique, calme, et des hôtes très sympas.

Nous étions 4 françaises, venues dans un but précis, pour un concert au Théâtre Potlach à Fara in Sabina village. Le logement est situé juste au cœur des endroits où nous voulions nous rendre : Fara in Sabina, Rome accessible par le train, Farfa et son abbaye, et les environs conseillés par nos hôtes. Et ces hôtes, Jette et Antonio, sont des personnes d'une amabilité extraordinaire, accueillants, prévenants, attentifs, sans jamais être envahissants. De très belles personnes. Le logement est très beau et confortable, avec une vue sur les collines environnantes qui bénéficient d'une douceur autant visuelle qu'atmosphérique. A recommander.

Formidable Séjour

Excellent séjour dans ce logement conforme au descriptif et idéalement placé pour programmer visite et détente . Surtout avec l'ensemble des bons conseil des propriétaires , qui sont accueillants , disponibles afin que du rêve sur cette reservation excellente pour toute la famille . ( propreté du logement , tout est parfait) nous pensons deja à notre prochain sejour en Italie dans cette demeure.

Hospitality with a capital H!!

The appartment was great, everything you need during the holidays is available. Swimming pool was exactly at the right temparature. Antonio and Jette are amazing hosts. They have incredibly good knowledge of the surroundings and the restaurants nearby. We had an amazing week and hope to return some day.

Entspannter herrlicher Urlaub

Wir haben 2 Wochen entspannte Ferien bei Jette und Antonio genossen. Das Umland hält wunderschöne Ausflugsziele bereit und der Trip nach Rom gelingt von Passo Corese aus mit dem Zug sehr einfach. Die Betreuung durch Jette und Antonio war warm und herzlich mit guten Tipps für die entsprechenden Ausflugsziele. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder. Liebe Grüße an Jette und Antonio.

Totally Amazing

Amazing accommodation and lovely people that look after you through-out your stay without being imposing. The apartment was in lovely condition and very clean when we arrived, we also got a complementary bottle of wine, which went down very well after our 12 hour journey. The villa is a bit tricky to find when first going there, so recommend researching fully where it is, which we also did but Sat Nav took us slightly out the way, so don't rely on it. I would also recommend printing some directions to supermarkets, they are close by and very good, such as CooP near the main town centre. Staying here was excellent and very close to a train station that links you to the rest of Italy, it's free parking as well and very cheap, we paid 16 euros for 2 return tickets to Rome, with use of Metro, Buses and Trams whilst there, it took 45 minutes to arrive, with Tickets purchased across the road in a nearby shop. The swimming pool and gardens are fantastic with excellent views all round. Lots of good restaurants nearby. We would go again but have much more of the world to see first, would 100% recommend this place to anyone wishing to visit Italy, it's a great base to go out and explore, it's even better than the pics, reviews and descriptions provide. Also, you do get WiFI here and don't pay any attention to what someone else wrote, the WiFI works very well. Already miss this place, the only bad thing during our 2 week stay was the Mosquitoes lol, but you get them everywhere in Italy, no matter where you stay, so ensure you take spray with you. Amazing time, book now :)

Petit paradis avec une vue époustouflante

Nous avons passé une semaine magnifique au collebelvedere. Perché au sommet d'une colline, la vue y est magnifique d'autant plus agréable de la savourer d'une piscine et d'un jardin très bien entretenus. Le gite était impeccable, airco dans les 2 chambres agréables lors des nuits chaudes de l'été, terrasse et partie de jardin à l'abri du regard des autres locataires. La region est très riche, d'abord Rome à portée de main mais beaucoup à visiter autour, nous n'avons pas eu assez d'une semaine pour voir tout ce que nous voulions. Et enfin de précieux conseils par des propriétaires charmants plein de petites attentions. Bref une dolce vita à conseiller sans hésitation!

Appartement 4 personnes calme et reposant.

L'impression d'être loin de tout est toute relative; la situation permettant de rayonner dans le Latium et le sud de l'Ombrie ou de se reposer au calme avec une super piscine et son gazon wimbledonnien très bien entretenus avec une très belle vue sur la Sabine. Pas très facile à trouver le long d'une route caillouteuse (classique dans la région). Les hôtes polyglottes sont à l'écoute et prêts à donner de nombreux et judicieux conseils. Le contact est aisé et chaleureux sans être invasif. Très bonne adresse à recommander.

Nous rentrons de 3 semaines en Italie dont 10 jours passés dans la villa Collebelvedere. Notre séjour était exactement comme nous l'avions immaginé! Antonio et Jette sont des hôtes fantastiques. Nous nous sentions comme à la maison. L'appartement, la piscine, le jardin et en fait l'ensemble de la propriété étaient superbement entretenus. Une chose est sûre. Un séjour inoubliable

Un appartement fonctionnel et conforme à la description dans une propriété verdoyante et très bien entretenue. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la fraîcheur de la piscine après les promenades à Rome ou dans l'arrière pays, sans oublier l'accueil chaleureux et les bons conseils et adresses donnés par les propriétaires Antonio et Jette. Une adresse à recommander dans une très belle région.

Avis sur Collebelvedere (appartement 4 personnes)

Nous avons reçu un excellent accueil de toute la famille, très sympathique. Le propriétaire parle bien français et nous a donné de bons conseils pour des restaurants, des visites etc...Le lieu est paisible et la vue magnifique. L'appartement et sa terrasse ombragée nous ont bien convenus et la climatisation des chambres a été appréciée par les chaudes soirées. Le chemin d'accès semble un peu difficile au premier abord mais nous sommes ensuite passée par la Stada Stallone qui est plus directe. Petit conseil : si vous vous rendez à Rome en voiture, prévoir un GPS à jour et une carte détaillée de Rome et son agglomération. Collebelvedere est un endroit où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. "Auf dem wunderschönen, gepflegten Anwesen befindet sich die gut eingerichtete und sehr saubere Ferienwohnung inkl. Terrasse. Man findet alles vor, wie im Angebot beschrieben. Nach einem Tag Kultur im nahegelegenen Rom erfährt man hier Ruhe und Entspannung. Im Pool kann man ein erfrischendes Bad mit herrlicher Aussicht auf die Monti Sabini genießen. Jette und Antonio kümmern sich ausgesprochen zuvorkommend und herzlich um ihre Gäste. Mille grazie!"

"Très bon accueil à Collebelvédère avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Maison située sur une colline qui domine les petits villages perchés et entourée d'oliviers. L'appartement est conforme à la description(peut-être un micro-onde pourrait être ajouté ?).La piscine(toujours très bien entretenue) a été appréciée au retour de nos ballades et pendant nos journées de repos. La climatisation des chambres a permis de passer d'excellentes nuits. Antonio, nous a fait partager sa passion pour les oliviers. Nous avons choisi de nous rendre en train à Rome(gare de Fara Sabina située à Passo Corese à 10mn en voiture de la location).Pratique (trains tous les 30mn ). Les petits villages médiévaux de la Sabine sont ravissants et les habitants, très courtois, aiment faire partager la beauté de leurs villages. Bref, un séjour réussi et sympathique à Collebelvédère. Je retournerais avec plaisir si l''occasion se présente d''aller à Rome. Everything was as described, perfect and clean. "Es handelt sich um ein traumhaft ruhig gelegenes Anwesen, sehr gepflegt mit guter Ausstattung. Die direkte Umgebung ist durch die wunderschöne Sicht in die Hügelketten der Sabiner Berge geprägt, Ausflüge in die Umgebung sind mit dem eigenen Auto oder auch mit dem Zug nach Rom leicht möglich. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und neuwertig eingerichtet. Die Schlafzimmer im 1. OG sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Der Pool ist immer sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Vermieter Jette und Antonio sind außerordentlich nett und zuvorkommend, dabei rücksichtsvoll und immer aufmerksam. Die selbsgemachte Quittenmarmelade war köstlich und nach drei Tagen bereits leer... Cara Jette, caro Antonio, mille grazie per una settimana bellissima!!! Susanne, Julian und Jochen."
