"The room was fine , but to get back late on a Saturday night , where there were no food or drink options or even a vending machine with water was not good"

"The staff were friendly. Our room was smelly and there was hair on the carpet. We were moved to a different room immediately, which we appreciated. This was a lovely room. We had dinner in the restaurant which was delicious. On arrival ( at 3pm), the corridor leading to our room was scattered with empty bottles, glasses and plates. There were dirty plates outside our room, too. Not a great first impression. We stayed for two night and our room was not cleaned during our stay. We were told that they were busy due to a wedding. I was not impressed as this is part of staying in a hotel. I appreciate that the hotel was busy but there was lots of queuing. We waited quite a while to check in and there was a long queue on both days to get into the restaurant for breakfast. It felt like the hotel was understaffed as even going to the restaurant for dinner took about 10 minutes of waiting to be seated. The staff were friendly and worked very hard."

"The room was clean with comfortable bed. The size is very small as it is a very budget accommodation. The carpets are old and need updating but the rooms do not have carpets so they are clean. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. One night is okay for a stay but probably not more than that. Not really comfortable to stay in."
